ABOUT THIS COURSE

The program consists of 4 Parts:

1. Foot Anatomy & Function
In this section, I discuss the essential structures of the foot, including the bones, joints, ligaments, and plantar fascia. I make this information simple and accessible, so even if you have never studied anatomy before, it does not matter.

2. Assessment
I discuss the different arches of the foot, using real-life feet that show how much foot architecture can vary. You will learn what good and poor alignment looks like, enabling you to apply this knowledge to anyone's feet.

3. Therapeutic Movement
Learn the best movements to strengthen the feet and their arches and why we use them.

4. Case Studies
Real people, actual feet. I take you step by step from an initial foot assessment followed by the therapy program development. We then follow each case over a period of 6-months to help illustrate the results you can expect to see. You will be amazed at the results.

Bonus
Watch the videos for the original live Arch Building course. This includes movement demonstrations and hands-on techniques to help stimulate the foot.

Look Inside - Toe Curls

In this clip, taken from the course, I demonstrate a passive Toe Curl that lengthens the front of the foot, an area that is often under-stimulated.  It can also be used to passively re-create the arch.
