Consultation

This includes collecting your medical history and understanding why you need my help.  

I will then carefully analyse your posture and movement to understand better why your body is not working as you need it to.

Once I have all information, I will put together a movement program for you.  

The consultation can be done in person or via Zoom.

Follow-up sessions are recommended to monitor progress and change the program as needed.
