I built this course after many years of personal yoga practice AND experience of working with thousands of people with knee issues. Whether you are a yoga teacher, OR trying to overcome a knee issue, OR want to understand this joint better, this course is for you.

COURSE DETAILS

The course has been designed to ensure you fully understand the knee joint AND retain important information.  It contains over 12hrs study materials which I have spent countless hours carefully putting together for you.  As you progress through the course I will carefully build your knee knowledge to a very high level.

You can choose to follow our specially designed daily course plan or work at a slower or faster pace, whichever works for your learning style and schedule.

Each lesson, on average, takes 30 minutes to complete and includes video tutorials, practical assignments, case studies, and quizzes.
