Medical research in recent years has helped inform us how movement influences spinal tissues. What can we learn from this, and can modern therapeutic techniques be utilised by the yoga therapist?

Using simple, key asanas & their modification with conscious breathing to address minor low back issues and progression with practice to prevent future issues.
